Fleurieu House is led by David Parkinson — an award-winning filmmaker, photographer, and director with a background in design and over 15 years of experience telling stories through images.
Dave has worked across the wine, tourism, architecture, and advertising industries, creating campaigns for brands like Porsche, McLaren, Red Bull, Jacob’s Creek, SA Tourism, Flinders University, and the South Australian Police. His work has been recognised with awards from the Australian Cinematographers Society, AADC and Fleurieu Film Festival — His work is grounded, real, and crafted with care.
"Fleurieu House is a natural extension of that philosophy — a space to create content that celebrates people, homes, and local businesses, and strengthens the region I call home. I live in Willunga with my wife and two young boys, and much of my work is shaped by the character of this place: its light, its landscapes, and the stories that live here."
Whether it’s a slow, thoughtful film or a single still image, David is drawn to work that’s heartfelt, timeless, and uplifting.
